ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using www.GoldenHouseFoods.com, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Golden House Foods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our food products, including ingredients, allergen information, and nutritional content. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. Product availability may change without notice.

1.2 Allergen Disclaimer
Our products may contain or be manufactured in facilities that process common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and shellfish. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please review all product information carefully before ordering and contact us if you have concerns. Golden House Foods is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review allergen information.

1.3 Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

2. PAYMENT

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.

3.2 Perishable Items
Some of our products are perishable. We package perishable items with care, but once delivered, it is your responsibility to refrigerate or store them appropriately. Golden House Foods is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed pickup after delivery.

3.3 Incorrect Address
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

4.1 Food Safety Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items for health and safety reasons.

4.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
